Satdaya has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2001 in various settings such as the RCMP, YMCA, Pranashanti Yoga Centre and community centres. Her experience may help your staff to reduce stress, strengthen their body, increase stamina, clear their mind, feel more focus and be more productive. Kundalini yoga is an excellent tool to help with addiction recovery or treatment of PTSD.
