Kundalini yoga is a blend of yoga postures, meditation and breathing techniques. It works on balancing the glandular system, the nervous system and the energy system (chakras of the body).

Satdaya has been teaching kundalini yoga since 2001 in various settings such as the RCMP, YMCA, Pranashanti and community centres. Her exprience will help your staff to reduce stress, strengthen their body, increase stamina, clear their mind, feel more focus and more productive. Kundalini yoga is an excellent tool to help with addiction recovery or treatment of PTSD.
Specialty classes of Yoga and Addictions and the Healthy Breast Program are also available.
Noon classes of 45-60 minutes are currently available in your offices. Satdaya teaches at Pranashanti Yoga Centre on Mondays and Wednesdays 12pm - 1pm.
